When to Order
Off the Rack - Dresses are shipped 1-2 days after payment is received. Dresses are shipped via FedEx and are usually received 2-5 days after shipment, depending on your location.
Design your Dress - Average turnaround time is 6-12 weeks. Please try to order your gown at least 3 months prior to your wedding, but the earlier the better.
Custom Dresses - Average turnaround time is 3-4 months. Please try to order your gown at least 6 months prior to your wedding date, but the earlier the better. The design phase of your custom dress can be quite time-consuming. It involves multiple emails or phone calls to assure that the dress I create is exactly the dress you want. We also need to allow time for sketching and pattern creation, shipping and final alterations if necessary.
Rush Orders
Brides with limited time are encouraged to purchase an Off the Rack dress. These dresses are complete and ship 1-2 days after payment is received. Dresses are shipped via FedEx and are usually received 2-5 days after shipment.
Depending on our current workload, rush orders may be possible for Design your Dress or Custom Dresses. Please contact us with your wedding date to inquire about the possibility of a rush order.
Fabric Samples
Fabric samples are available for a small fee. We strongly suggest ordering fabric samples. It is very difficult to convey the subtle differences in our fabrics via our website. Having fabric samples in hand is an invaluable tool during the design phase of your dress. Wedding Fabric Samples
Design Changes
Off the Rack - Dresses are sold as-is. Alterations should be done at your local alteration shop. Minor additions such as a adding sash, ruffle, applique, etc., may be possible. Contact us to discuss these additions.
Design your Dress - The most common design changes are shown in the drop down menus. Adding details such as appliqués, sashes, etc., may be possible. Contact us to discuss these additions. Design changes that involve custom pattern drafting will require that you order a custom dress or have alterations done at your local alteration shop.
Custom Dresses - Design elements are virtually unlimited for custom dresses!
Sizing
Off the Rack - Dresses are sold as-is. Size alterations should be done at your local alteration shop. In general, our dresses can be taken in 1-2 sizes, but letting them out is not recommended.
Design your Dress - View our Size Chart and order the size that is the closest to your measurements. If you don't know which size to order, please contact us for assistance.
Custom Dresses - Each dress is made to order based on your measurements. Please be aware that without multiple fittings in person, alterations may be necessary to perfect the fit of your dress. Directions for taking your measurements.

Trying on Dresses
Off the Rack - If you live in or are willing to travel to Knoxville, TN you are more than welcome to stop by our studio and try on these dresses.
Custom Dresses - For a non-refundable fee of $150 we will create a sample of your custom dress design. The sample dress will be made out of muslin to your measurements. Due to the custom nature of this process, custom sample dress fees will not apply to your final dress purchase.
Payment
A minimum 50% deposit is required before we begin working on your order. The remainder is due upon completion of your dress. We will not ship your order until your invoice is paid in full. We accept all major credit cards, paypal, personal checks and money orders.
Shipping
All domestic wedding orders are shipped via FedEx. A $25 shipping fee will be added to your order. Rush orders may be charged an additional fee for overnight shipping.
International shipping rates and carriers vary according to destination. Customs clearance fees are the responsibility of the recipient and will be collected by the delivery service (post office, FedEx, etc.). These fees include duty, taxes and/or brokerage fees. Please contact your customs office for current rates.
Return Policy
Off the Rack dresses may be exchanged for another Off the Rack dress or credit towards a Design your Dress or Custom gown. Please contact us within 3 days of delivery if you need to exchange your dress. Dresses must be returned in clean, unworn condition. We do not issue refunds.
Design your Dress and Custom Dresses – Due to the custom nature of these dresses, all sales are final.
Deposits, dresses payments, swatch sets, and sample dress fees are all non-refundable. We are not responsible for errors you make when providing your measurements.
